Building a new product to improve customer experience

 

Coniq is the Total Customer Engagement Company for growth minded shopping malls, outlets, and retail brands. Founded in 2011 by Ben Chesser, Coniq is recognised by the industry as the pioneer and leader in helping organisations create business value from data, empowering clients to drastically improve footfall, customer satisfaction and sales.

 

To improve the experience of their customers, Coniq wanted to build an application that would read barcode scans in store to provide their end customer with loyalty points and discounts. The objective was to gradually hand over the responsibility of maintenance and development to Coniq’s small in-house development team.
